Deposit

A deposit of one night’s accommodation will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and early departures with less than 24hrs notice before 2pm (check-in time) will be charged for one night of the stay.

Minimum Stay (Events)

Bookings during the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of the Kimberley Moon Experience require a minimum of three (3) nights. Cancellations made within 48hrs of 2pm Friday evening are non-refundable. Cancellations made 3-7 days from 2pm Friday evening incur a 50% cancellation fee. 8-21 days incurs 20% cancellation fee. A separate cancellation policy applies for group bookings of 10 apartments or more. Please see Group Booking Terms and Conditions for details.

Deposit and Bond

One night’s accommodation cost will be taken at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable for cancellations provided 24 hours prior to 2pm check-in time. There may be a requirement for a security deposit of $500 per stay, per apartment to be paid on arrival.

COVID-19 Policy

Our standard cancellation policy remains in place, however, if guests are unable to travel due to Government border closures or travel restrictions, restricting clients from entering the Kimberley, (at the time of travel), we will offer to amend the travel dates or cancel without fee.

Please ensure you receive confirmation of your cancellation in writing from Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments.

Check-in / Check-out Time

2.00pm – 6.00pm Check in. 7.00am – 10.00am Check out. After-hours check-in and check-out are available. Please contact our office for further information.

Complimentary Transfers

Please note that complimentary airport transfers are only available during office hours.

Child Age / Infant Policy

Porta cots: No charge.
Additional child/ trundle beds: $35 per night. Available on 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, or 1-bedroom apartments for one child under 5.

Disabled Travellers

Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments has one wheelchair accessible One Bedroom Apartments and one wheelchair accessible Two Bedroom Apartment. Please advise the level of assistance at the time of reservation.

Personal Items

All care is taken but no liability is accepted for loss or damage to personal items.

Pets

In accordance with Freshwater Strata By-Laws, no pets are allowed at Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside apartments or by the swimming pool or BBQ area. Smoking is permitted on balconies and patios. We request that doors to the apartment be kept closed whilst smoking

Insurance

No responsibility will be accepted for accidents, illness, misadventure or loss of goods or possessions. We strongly recommend at the time of booking to take out comprehensive travel, medical and cancellation insurance. In the event of a booking being cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued without penalty.

Customer Information and Privacy

We require customer information for all reservations that we accept, including full guest name, contact telephone number, and email address. Guest information will be retained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
