Staying With Us?

What are the reception hours?
Reception is open 7am to 6pm from April to October, and 8am to 5pm November to March. Reception may be closed and a duty manager on call on public holidays or weekends between November to March. Please contact us to arrange an after hours check-in.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Available to and from Kununurra Airport FREE of charge within office hours. Bookings are essential. Please advise Freshwater staff a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival if you require a transfer.
Do you offer late check-out?
We offer guests complimentary use of our Late Check-Out bathroom and luggage storage facilities located at reception (during office hours).
What are your payment options?
We accept Mastercard, Visa & Amex (with Surcharge). Unfortunately, we are unable to process Diners cards.
You will be charged one night’s accommodation as a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable for cancellations provided 24 hours prior to 2pm check-in time. There may be a requirement for a security deposit of $500 per stay, per apartment to be paid on arrival.
Is there extra bedding available?
Roll-away beds, cots, baby baths and highchairs are available on request, subject to availability (additional cost applies for extra child requiring roll-away bed, baby items are free of charge).
Are pets allowed?
Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments does not accept pets in the apartments or on the property, with the exception of Trained Assistance Animals. For pet-friendly accommodation in Kununurra, call the friendly team at the Kununurra Visitor Centre 08 9168 1177.
How often are the apartments serviced during our stay?
Apartments are serviced every 2 days (beds made, bins emptied, and menities replenished). Full cleans are provided every 7 days.
Can I smoke on the property?
All Apartments and Pool/BBQ areas are non-smoking.

Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments offers a tour booking service to guests. Due to the popularity of some of the tours, we recommend that you pre-book prior to your arrival. Staff at Freshwater will be happy to discuss the different tours available and book them for you.
