"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It was MASSIVE. After camping on the Gibb River Road, this place was heaven. Modern, spacious, clean, good wi-fi, contemporary design, comfy beds, quiet air conditioning. Loved it. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The garden and surrounds are very well maintained, luscious lawns and a beautiful pool. The laundry was also really good - excellent washing machines (that actually cleaned the clothes, unlike many machines in communal laundries). There was no charge to use the machines, and detergent was provided. Our apartment was also a 'universal design' apartment - it was fully accessible to people with disability. We do not have disability, but Freshwater get a big tick for their inclusive design."

"This would have to be one of the better places we have stayed at in Australia, certainly in the top 2%. We opted for the deluxe room, which cost a bit more but just amazing. Loved the outdoor shower and bath. Fully equipped kitchen was just fantastic. Step outside and you've got a wonderful resort pool. Beautifully maintained gardens. So so relaxing. Reception staff we friendly and helpful. I wouldn't consider looking anywhere else for accommodation in Kununurra. Will definitely stay again!"

"We stayed here for a short week to explore the Kimberly and the Argyle Diamond Mine. Would certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone who wants friendly, attentive service and a modern, well appointed place to relax. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and very well appointed but best of all the staff are so welcoming and helpful you feel like you're staying with friends."
